| Eugène de Boccard (1879-1957), « prit la direction de la librairie fondée par Albert Fontemoing qui avait elle-même succédé à celle de Thorin et Fils, spécialisée dans la publication d’ouvrages scientifiques sur l’Antiquité. Il se plaçait ainsi dans une tradition remontant au milieu du XIXe siècle. La librairie Fontemoing disparut à son tour et laissa la place à la librairie de Boccard, installée à Paris, sur la rive gauche, en face du Palais du Luxembourg, où elle se trouve encore actuellement » (Olivier Curty, La Liberté, 17.11.2014) |
